So Christmas purchases came early this year. My brother bought a new HP computer for 800$. It’s really nice. So much better than our old 60GB computer. We now have over 900GB of space, nice 20 inch wide screen and the new Windows 7 which is pretty good so far. My parents said they’ll pay for half which is nice. They wanted to get it too.

I bought a new HD Camcorder: Canon HF200. Yes I joined the Canon group; only for the Camcorders they have though. Nikon doesn’t have video cameras. Panasonic isn’t that great so Canon was the best option. Plus it was on sale. 625$ from 800$. Deal? I think so. It’s shipping from NYC right now. I’ve never ordered an extremely delicate piece of technology so I hope it isn’t damaged by UPS. It’s going to be fun using the camcorder. Living in HD will be the best. Going to use it every chance I get this month since I won’t be able to until school finishes (I don’t bring my camera(s) to Toronto).

In other news, my dad and I attempted to give Jasper a haircut yesterday and it went well. He didn’t move that much but I had to hold down his mouth in case he bit my dad. It’s still not a professional looking cut but it’ll due. We saved 40$ from doing it ourselves. He’s also loving the snow although his feet get hurt from the cold. We put on these little dog shoes. Not great grip for him but better than him being in pain. The snow wasn’t so bad today either. But my brother said he saw a few flipped cars on his way home from Montreal. Hopefully they’re alright.
